Expertise & Clinical Interests
Dr. Steffan provides telehealth psychiatry. Her clinical interests include general psychiatry and seeing adults of all ages. She has a particular interest in supporting women throughout the reproductive journey. She works with women before and during pregnancy and postpartum regarding mental health, medications, mood issues and anxiety. Dr. Steffan also cares for women with mood issues during perimenopause. In addition, she treats psychosis, mania, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia as well as medically complex patients who have psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Anna Steffan is a native of Wake Forest, NC. In her spare time, Dr. Steffan enjoys spending time with her husband, young children, dog and two cats. She enjoys arts and crafts of all kinds, particularly embroidery and cross-stitch.
